Tiffany Anderson, a counsellor in Courtenay, BC, smiling warmly in a professional setting. Tiffany specializes in anxiety, burnout, and relationship therapy, offering a compassionate space for clients to heal.

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (MA, RCC) in the Comox Valley, offering in-person sessions in Courtenay, BC, and virtual therapy across BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon.

I help adults, teens, and couples who feel stuck in old patterns and are ready to create lasting change in their lives and relationships. My clients are the ones everyone relies on — people who strive to be there for others, but have a hard time showing up for themselves. Maybe you overexplain yourself, feel guilty for saying no, or criticize yourself endlessly for even the tiniest mistake. I get it, because I’ve been there.

Often cycles of guilt, shame, and burnout let us know there’s a part of us that can be healed. I thrive in helping people connect more deeply with themselves and their loved ones by untangling patterns and healing old wounds. Healing is possible and wounds do not mean you are broken.

If this resonates with you, let’s connect. I offer free 15-minute consultations so we can see if we’re the right fit.
